What you need to know:

Our Deposit scheme is not a credit agreement. The item/s selected by you on our Deposit scheme will be put by for you but remain our property until the full balance has been received. *The deposit amount may be of a higher percentage on premium, high cost or special order items.

Deposit Scheme Period – Items may be placed on Deposit for a maximum period of 90 days. Customers have the option of paying the Deposit Scheme order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the 90 day Deposit period. The scheme end date will be given during your checkout process, be sure to add it to your calender so you don't forget!

Payment Terms – Items placed on deposit require at least *25% down payment, The deposit amount and balance will be automatically calculated for you during checkout.

Eligibility - Only available on items of £75.00 or more (or a combination of items of at least £75 in value) may qualify for the Deposit Scheme.

Allowed Forms of Payment - Cash and/or Debit/Credit card and NFC (Apple Pay, Google Pay) Payments must be made in person, in store. We are unable to take phone payments. The deposit scheme is not available on-line.

Refunds – the deposit and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Returns/Exchanges - Returns or exchanges are not accepted on Deposit orders.

Expiration/Cancellation – Any balance not paid upon expiration of the 90 day Deposit period will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit and payments.
