We are looking for an experienced sales advisor to work in our busy Poole High Street store.
We are an independent jewellers, established for over 30 years, with a superb reputation for outstanding customer service. We stock a unique range of pre-owned and new jewellery, and have an on-site workshop for bespoke creations and jewellery repairs.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in either the jewellery or luxury retail sector. The ability to build strong relationships with clients, helping them to make informed choices and select the perfect jewellery item for any occasion. Attention to detail is of high importance as we are often entrusted with treasured items and family heirlooms. We put customers at the heart of our business and the ability to share your enthusiasm and passion for our products is essential.
This is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT position, which includes working Saturdays.
We are looking for an exceptional individual as this is not the usual sales advisor role. As a small company we value our staff and their input. You will be involved in many aspects of our business including liaising with our jewellery workshop, understanding the science and engineering behind jewellery, gemstones and precious metals. Maintaining high standards of display and product presentation and most importantly helping our customers find that perfect item.

- Retail customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail jewellery experience (preferred but not essential)
